01 Introduction & Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and lucky55 ("lucky55", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at lucky55.im. 02 Eligibility & Age Verification

To be eligible to register and maintain an account with lucky55, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person (corporate accounts are not permitted).
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You do not currently hold any other lucky55 account, active or suspended.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from lucky55.
• Online gambling is not prohibited under the laws applicable to your place of residence. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with local regulations.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of lucky55, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

As part of our Know Your Customer ("KYC") process, lucky55 may request documentary proof of age and identity at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), passport, or driver's licence. Accounts that fail to provide satisfactory age and identity documentation within the stipulated timeframe may be suspended and any pending withdrawals placed on hold pending verification.

03 Account Registration

Each individual user is permitted to register and maintain a maximum of one (1) lucky55 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using the same or different personal information, payment methods, device, or IP address, constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

When registering your lucky55 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in all fields. You agree to promptly notify lucky55 of any changes to your registration information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

lucky55 reserves the right to refuse any application for account registration without providing a reason. Registration is not complete until lucky55 has confirmed the account by email or other notification method.

04 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your lucky55 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your login credentials to any other person under any circumstances.

You agree to notify lucky55 immediately if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. lucky55 cannot be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure, or from your failure to notify us promptly of a suspected breach.

lucky55 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation. During such investigations, access to funds in the account may be temporarily restricted.

05 Deposits & Payments

lucky55 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following supported payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, and 1LINK. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at lucky55's discretion.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 100 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: Subject to account verification status and applicable limits, as displayed within your lucky55 account dashboard.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• lucky55 does not accept cash deposits or deposits in any currency other than PKR.
• lucky55 reserves the right to apply transaction processing fees. Any applicable fees will be clearly disclosed at the time of the transaction.
• Deposits are generally credited to your lucky55 wallet instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method and your bank or mobile wallet provider.

06 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit to your lucky55 account. lucky55 does not process withdrawals to third-party payment accounts under any circumstances.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 per transaction.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. This includes submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 15–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• lucky55 reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification checks on any withdrawal request. During such checks, the withdrawal may be temporarily placed on hold.
• Bonus funds that have not yet satisfied applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money balances and fully cleared bonus funds are eligible for withdrawal.
• lucky55 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation in cases where fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms is suspected.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on lucky55 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or betting market, as published on the lucky55 platform at the time the bet is placed. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific game or market rules, the specific rules shall take precedence.

• Bets are final once confirmed. lucky55 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed and accepted, except as specifically provided in the applicable game or market rules.
• lucky55 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of an obvious error in pricing or odds, whether caused by human error, technical fault, or any other reason.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game session, lucky55 will use all reasonable means to reconstruct the game state and resolve bets fairly. The outcome of any such reconstruction shall be final.
• lucky55 sportsbook odds are provided in decimal format. It is the player's responsibility to understand how odds and potential returns are calculated before placing a bet.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game types. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface.

08 Bonuses & Promotions

lucky55 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the relevant promotion in addition to these general Terms. In the event of conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence.

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• lucky55 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice, subject to any rights accrued by players prior to such change.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.
• lucky55 reserves the right to disqualify players from promotions if it determines that bonus abuse, collusion, or any form of fraud has taken place in connection with the promotion.
• Certain game types may contribute differently towards wagering requirements. The contribution rates for each game category are set out in the applicable promotion terms.

09 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the lucky55 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account credentials.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Using the platform in connection with any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or glitches to obtain winnings that would not otherwise be legitimately available.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to placing offsetting bets to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk.
• Engaging in collusion or coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any lucky55 software, system, or platform component.

10 Responsible Gaming

lucky55 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become a problem, and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all lucky55 account holders at no charge:

• Deposit limits — Set a maximum amount you can deposit per day, week, or month.
• Loss limits — Cap the amount you can lose within a specified time period.
• Session timers — Receive automatic reminders of how long you have been playing.
• Reality checks — On-screen prompts displayed at intervals you choose, showing your net activity for the current session.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any lucky55 intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any lucky55 content without the prior written consent of lucky55. Any unauthorised use of lucky55 intellectual property may constitute a violation of applicable intellectual property law and these Terms.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lucky55 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the lucky55 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

lucky55's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your lucky55 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

lucky55 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance and temporary outages will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

lucky55 collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By creating a lucky55 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

lucky55 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent. 14 Amendments to These Terms

lucky55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
